The Flash Season One: The Nuclear Man

"Flame on.........everyone is going to think of Marvel"
Team Flash realizes that Ronnie AKA Firestorm has become out of control and decide to stop him which leads Caitlin to continue to investigate project F.I.R.E.S.T.O.R.M and Dr Martin Stein (Victor Garber). Meanwhile Joe asks for Cisco's help with Nora's murder and General Eiling returns to Central City.

Finally we got an entire episode dedicated to Firestorm which actually turned out to be the first of a two parter. I admit I thought they would have brought in another Meta - Human for The Flash to deal with as a small subplot but I am really glad they didn't and the focus was just on Firestorm. The whole story round Ronnie and Stein as part of the Firestorm Matrix has been handled really well so far, especially the tragedy surrounding the two; that it is Ronnie's body yet Stein is the one in control so they are unrecognizable to the people they love. I'm glad that the Flashbacks where about Stein (his meeting with Barry and first waking as Firestorm) so we got to learn more about him and that for the later half of the episode, thanks to several drugs, we got to see him not crazy for once. Hats off to Robbie Amell (real life cousin to Arrow!) for playing a role where he was Ronnie but also not Ronnie. Caitlin also had a strong role in this episode as well such as the awkwardness to talking to Firestorm at S.T.A.R labs, standing up to Wells when he wanted to kill Ronnie to the goodbye at the very end before Firestorm blew up. Lastly while this episode wasn't too action heavy (which doesn't really matter because of the strong material of Firestorm) the small fight between The Flash and Firestorm was pretty awesome as well as the massive explosion at the end.

Good start but I wonder if he will have the rest of his costume from the comics soon
As for the rest of the episode we got a really great team up between Cisco and Joe which I wasn't expecting because the two really haven't interacted much with each other yet. They did really work well together with some great serious and comedic moments and I liked how Cisco stood up for Wells in the end but his curiosity and wiliness to help got the better of him. Of course when they first mentioned that their was two speedsters in the vortex that killed Barry's mother I knew it must have been Reverse Flash and an older Barry because this plot has been used in a Flash comic. I do find this awesome because this proves that time travel does exist in the show and that opens lots of new possibilities; hopefully this proves Booster Gold could be in the show in the future. Also unless Cisco was covering for Wells this also proves that there really is two Reverse Flashes and while Wells does do questionable thinks he doesn't seem to be a bad guy because it is all to protect people. I also don't think he is the Hunter Zolomon Reverse Flash because he seems more like an original one for the show but I still think the second one is Eobard Thawne (Professor Zoom/Reverse Flash) who is either Eddie Thawne from the future or his descendent. Lastly while we did get some nice moments between Barry and Linda I do wish they would expand Linda's character a bit because of how important she is in the comics (Wally West) and I didn't like that we have a jealous Iris now. After choosing Eddie over Barry she really has to play the jealous game here? Plus Barry was right she did interfere when she had that talk with Linda.

So which one shall be coming back to that house?
Overall this was an awesome Firestorm episode and I am looking forward to part two where we get to see General Eiling again who I really liked last time and who is played by a great actor. He obviously must be who Rush was scared of last time because of his knowledge of Firestorm so I can't wait to see what trouble he will cause now.

SCORE: 9/10

Highlights: Strong Firestorm focused episode
                   Cisco and Joe team up
                   Time travel revealed!

Let - Downs: Linda could be fleshed out more and a jealous Iris

Arrow Season Two: The Man Under the Hood

Two members of Team Deathstroke (Brother Blood is the other)
The episode begins with Team Arrow blowing up Applied Sciences division of Queen Consolidated so Slade can't mass produce Mirakuru meanwhile Laurel visits Quentin in jail (after doing more investigating on Oliver) and finds out how much he supports Arrow. Oliver later finds out Isabel was his father's lover and that he and Moira need to get Thea to sign a document so she can't steal the rest of their wealth, in a Flashback the group considers killing Ivo. Deathstroke later infiltrates the Arrowcave and defeats everyone there, Laurel then visits Sara in the hospital and works out she is Black Canary and after Thea refuses to help Oliver discovers Deathstroke stole the skeleton key they retrieved from Clock King. Deathstroke then breaks into S.T.A.R labs to steal a bio - transfuser, Cisco and Caitlin are there but manage to get away and Arrow and Black Canary arrive too late. Oliver then later finds out from Isabel that Robert knew all along Thea wasn't his daughter but loved her anyway and chose Thea over her, Quentin is then later beaten up in his cell.

"Surprise motherf***ers!"
Laurel visits Quentin in the hospital where he again says how much Arrow is needed and he doesn't even care who he is anymore, Laurel then blackmails her boss to release Quentin and give him his job back. Arrow then locations the bio - transfuser and finds Roy hooked up to it where it is draining his blood and Slade and Isabel arrive. Arrow takes them both on and Diggle arrives soon after who shoots Isabel several time, Arrow then rescues Roy and escape along with a Mirakuru sample. At the Arrowcave Oliver says they will make a cure for Mirakuru and in a Flashback Oliver mercy kills Ivo after he tells them he made a cure for Mirakuru on his boat. Oliver then tells Thea about Robert still loving her but she doesn't care and leaves the manor, Laurel then comforts him at The Verdant while saying she knows he is Arrow. The episode ends with Slade's army gathering and him reviving Isabel with the Mirakuru in his own blood.

Everyone gets body parts chopped off in The Walking Dead and there are all fine
This Arrow episode is like a direct continuation from the last one because Team Arrow really does take offensive like Oliver said. I liked how Team Arrow got a few small victories over Slade and that Oliver is working a lot more with Felicity and Diggle (since he recently only partners with Black Canary) so I guess he finally gets that he needs more teamwork. It was also great seeing Roy again and it was interesting that Slade used him to power up his army and we got a great confrontation between Oliver, Diggle Slade and Isabel. Speaking of Slade he just continues to be the ultimate badass as Deathstroke when he defeated every Team Arrow member and infiltrated S.T.A.R labs. Then there is Isabel and I am glad that we got a lot more background on her and it makes sense of why she sided with Slade, plus I guess we will get some cool fight scenes out of her now that she is injected with Mirakuru (as much has I have complained about her it would be a shame if she went out like that). As for the Flashbacks I think Ivo's death was done really well; he might have been a bit of a sadist but he started with good intentions, so you do kind of sympathise with him when he begged for death. However if a Mirakuru cure existed all along how come Oliver didn't think of it when he was confronting Gold or Roy for the first time? This is a bit of a continuity error.

"Be a member of Team Arrow for the both of us"
We also had a great cameo from Cisco and Caitlin and I just love it when characters from The Flash and Arrow crossover with each other and I have always liked them anyway. Again the Lance Family continue to have strong material such as Laurel struggling with finding out Oliver is Arrow and choosing the side with him however I bet she feels stupid not realizing that Black Canary is Sara lol. I did really like that Laurel didn't just take Slade's word for it and did some investigating on her own on Arrow to connect the dots to Oliver. Then their is Quentin and I just really like the speech he gave in the hospital about not caring about Arrow's identity because it shows how his views on him as changed over the years and as I said before I do like this Quentin better than in season one. Lastly there is Thea who usually isn't given that good material in the show and that is still the case here because they are repeating her being mad at Moira. They did this a lot in season one and at the beginning of this season two so it just annoys me that they keep giving her the same tired plot line (like with The Huntress). Her being mad at Moira for lying to her about Malcolm would have had a lot more of an impact if she hasn't gone through this plenty of times already.

You two are going to wish you stayed in Central City
Overall awesome episode and paves the way for some truly epic confrontations between Team Arrow and Team Deathstroke.

SCORE: 9/10

Highlights: Deathstroke is a scene stealer with some epic fight scenes!
Isabel is a lot better now
Lance Family continue to be great
                   Cameos from Cisco and Caitlin

Let - Downs: Thea once again mad at her mother is nothing new

The Flash Season One: The Man in the Yellow Suit (SPOILERS!)

"You will never hold me"
The episode begins with Barry chasing The Man in the Yellow Suit AKA Reverse Flash but then it jumps back a day earlier and Barry and Iris are exchanging early Christmas presents. Barry then later gives gifts to those at S.T.A.R labs and Eddies asks Iris to move in with him which she accepts. Caitlin then later runs into Ronnie but he gets away when he surrounds himself with fire meanwhile Mercury Labs (S.T.A.R. labs rival) is attacked by Reverse Flash who kills two guards. Barry and West investigate and Barry is stunned to learn Reverse Flash is back again but angry when West admits he knew Reverse Flash has been back for a while. Caitlin then asks Cisco for help in finding Ronnie and Barry and Wells asks Dr Tina McGee to use her taceion device to lure Reverse Flash (something they think he was looking for since Wells believes it would increase his power). Later Barry lies to Iris about having feelings for her but then sees Reverse Flash and chases after him to a stadium. Barry is no match for Reverse Flash who mentions having fought many times before leaving. Wells comes up with a plan to catch Reverse Flash in a force field while West and Barry get the taceion device from McGee however Barry is told to sit this one out because of the state he is in.

"Try to keep up Barry"
Caitlin and Cisco find Ronnie but he says he isn't Ronnie but Firestorm before escaping again meanwhile Barry visits his father and apologises for not catching Reverse Flash however Henry says that Barry should finally stop living in the past and move on. Barry then tells Iris he loves her and at S.T.A.R labs the team have caught Reverse Flash in a force field, Eddie is also there since he demanded to be a part of it because of his Task Force. However Reverse Flash escapes, beats up Wells (while implying that he knows him), kills all the cops apart from Eddie but is stopped from killing West when Barry arrives as The Flash. The Flash is again no match for Reverse Flash but is saved by Firestorm; Reverse Flash decides to flee for now (having stolen the taceion device) and Firestorm tells Caitlin never to find him again before flying away. West then tells Eddie about the existence of Meta Humans, Wells swears to Caitlin that they will find Ronnie and West asks Barry to move back into his house after tearfully telling Barry how much he changed his and Iris's life. The episode ends with everyone at West's house for Christmas and Wells entering his secret room, uses a Flash Ring to opens a compartment that reveals the Reverse Flash costume before attaching the taceion device to it.

You have got some good timing Firestorm!

MAJOR SPOILERS BELOW AS I WILL GIVE MY THOUGHTS ON THE IDENTITY OF REVERSE FLASH AND TALK ABOUT THE COMICS

Now this is a way to end a mid season with some great action, character development and a big reveal/mystery at the end. First I will talk about the most important thing in the episode; Reverse Flash and the reveal that it is possibly being Wells. I did not expect that at the end because it has been confirmed that he is an original character earlier but that could be a lie. Here is my thoughts on Wells; I believe he is the Hunter Zolomon Reverse Flash (because there are multiple ones and Hunter Zolomon is in a wheelchair) who sent himself back in time to change something big that happened in the future and helping Barry is part of it. I do not think he was the one who fought Barry in this episode but is working with him and him being beaten up was for show, I mean with how easily the Reverse Flash kills people why just beat up Wells? I do think however he was the one who killed Barry's mother or was apart of it to set Barry on the path to becoming The Flash (because from what we have seen so far Barry becoming The Flash is part of his plan) and the other person in the lightning trying to stop it was a future Barry who failed. Now as for my thoughts on who the Reverse Flash in this episode was (SPOILERS FROM THE COMICS INCOMING):

A future Eddie or son/grandson was the Reverse Flash because in the comics a man named Eobard Thawne becomes one of the Reverse Flashes (who actually called himself Professor Zoom) and is working with Wells. I think this is backed up by the fact Reverse Flash stared at Eddie before leaving him (he didn't want to kill himself or his progenitor) and the fact that Wells had the taceion device at the ends means he gave it to him. Another reason I think Eddie will become Reverse Flash is that I don't think he is going to stop the Task Force, he may obsess over The Flash to catch him and maybe finds out it is Barry and Iris leaves him for Barry may give him more reason. There you have it those are my theories however this is pure speculation at this point and I could be wrong about all of it.

What is your game Wells?
For the other big thing in this episode was getting to see more of Ronnie as Firestorm and it was really cool that he could fly and attacked Reverse Flash! Those who have read the comics know that he is dealing with the other personality that is fused with himself and it is a shame they didn't touch that subject but hopefully it won't be too long before we see him again. One thing though, and I am not marking it down for this, is that this subplot while great felt forced into the episode; it could not have been in and I doubt it would have made much of a difference overall. I just think they should have waited until they can have Ronnie be the focus of an entire episode not just as a subplot.

"And after I gave you a warning"
As for the rest of the episode it was all just awesome like the fight scenes between The Flash and Reverse Flash, those where just epic. Especially the stadium one and you see them running side by side or toward each other, I tell you that was film worthy fight scene. One thing I didn't expect was how emotional the entire episode was and how great the character did in it; Caitlin tearing up with Cisco, Barry talking to with is dad and then to West and telling Iris he loves her. It was all done really well and as for Barry confessing to Iris that is going to make things awkward in the future. Lastly I think it was great how they included a Flash Ring and for those who don't know The Flash uses it in the comics to activate his costume at anytime but it is also used by other speed users, it might be future technology that Wells brought with him.

Merry Christmas to all!
Overall this was just a perfect episode and my most favourite in season one so far.

SCORE: 10/10

Highlights: Reverse Flash!
                   Truly epic fight scenes
                   Firestorm
Just about everything about the episode

Arrow Season One: An Innocent Man

"I'll join if I get a costume"
The episode begins where the last one left off with Diggle waking up and finding out that Oliver is The Hood. Oliver asks him to join him in his fight to help Starling City but he refuses, believing Oliver to just be a murderer and walks off. Oliver then meets Laurel at his manor who gives him a lecture which causes him to have a Flashback to him back at the cave and the hooded man sees him looking at pictures in his wallet. In the present Oliver and Thea manage to bond again but while watching the news Oliver discovers a connection between Peter Declan, a death row inmate, and Jason Brodeur, one of the men on his list, in the morning Oliver is shocked to find out Diggle has quit. Oliver is then seen making new arrows in his hideout while investigating that Declan is accused of killing his wife.

"I like to think of this as my art"
At night Oliver, as The Hood, visits Laurel and convinces her that Declan was set up and Brodeur is the guilty one; Laurel then visits Iron Heights in the morning and believes Declan is innocent. Meanwhile Quentin tries to convince Laurel to drop the Declan case while Walter becomes suspicious of Moira and thinks she knows more of the Queen's Gambit. Oliver later visits Diggle at his sister - in - law's restaurant to convince him it join him and manages to get to Diggle by saying that Deadshot was the one who killed his brother. Later Laurel then contacts The Hood and says that she needs more evidence and Oliver manages to get more by threatening Declan's former supervisor on why Declan was framed meanwhile Walter enlists the help of Felicity to find out more about the Queen's Gambit. We then have a Flashback to when the hooded man tells Oliver he must kill an animal for food and back in the present The Hood tells Laurel that Declan is definitely innocent.

"Everyone else hogs the screen time, I say we take some"
Laurel then tries to get Declan released but still doesn't have enough information and is even stopped by Brodeur and Quentin, she tells The Hood about this. Oliver then visits Brodeur and finds out of a plan to kill Declan and Laurel during a "prison breakout" which is happening now. Oliver manages to save them both as a masked prison guard but has to be stopped from killing someone by Laurel, we then have a Flashback where Oliver does manage to kill an animal. Later Walter finds the remains of the Queen's Gambit with Felicity's help and Quentin sees security footage of Oliver retrieving The Hood costume the night he fought Deadshot. The episode ends with Moira meeting a man named Malcolm (John Barrowman) and Diggle agreeing to work for Oliver again and help him but Oliver is soon arrested by Quentin for being The Hood.

Oliver's backup costume
Seems like Oliver's identity may be revealed to the public soon and after only 4 episodes lol. I admit that ending was quite a surprise because I just didn't expect it and I wonder how Oliver is going to get out of this one. It is possible that he has some plans for his new ally Diggle because if he is in a holding cell next episode than having someone on the outside could help. Speaking of Diggle I am really glad that he has come round to accepting Oliver as The Hood and I hope this means that if Oliver manages to convince everyone is isn't The Hood that he will help take out the bad guys. Also it was interesting hearing that Deadshot killed Diggle's brother and that is another reason why Deadshot has to be alive; there just has to be a confrontation between these characters.

"Don't you touch my fries!"
As for the rest of the episode I liked that Felicity is back (everyone just seems to give her their IT problems) because you just can't help but like her and I'm glad she is helping Walter because it gives these two character's their own subplot. I wonder how Moira will react when she finds out about this and I wonder what part Malcolm plays in all of this. I think Thea was a lot better in this episode because she was more of the helpful little sister in this and was there more for Oliver when he needed her. Also the Flashbacks was really good because I like how Oliver could barely bring himself to kill an animal for food yet had to be stopped from killing someone in the present. This kind of shows that Oliver is used to the killing by now and the experiences on the island has dulled of impact of taking a human life.

How is he going to get out of this one
Lastly while I think that the whole "prison breakout" scene was awesome and The Hood kicked some serious ass, after including Deadshot in the last episode I was disappointed that we didn't get to see another comic villain. I guess I shouldn't expect to see a comic villain in every episode and it probably is better that way because we just can't have one every time. This does lower the excitement slightly however because unlike Deadshot I don't think these corrupt businessmen on his list pose much of a problem for Oliver at all.

Lucky he is a skilled negotiator too
Overall this was a good episode; the excitement has died down from the aftermath of Deadshot but I am glad we learned more about Diggle and Oliver is sure going to be in trouble next episode.

SCORE: 8/10

Highlights: Diggle and Deadshot connection/ Diggle joining Oliver
                   The prison breakout
Walter and Felicity now have a larger part

Let - Downs: Villain or his plan in this was not as threatening as Deadshot

The Flash Season One: Fastest Man Alive

Took me long to get round to reviewing this.

The episode begins with Barry using his new found power to rescue people trapped in a burning building, Cisco is all for helping him but Caitlin feels he is being too reckless. Barry is then called for his job to investigate a gun shop robbery and believes it was done by six people wearing the same shoes, we even have a Flashback to Barry's childhood and we find out he was living with Detective West after his mother's murder. Later at a university gathering to honour a scientist Simon Stagg (William Sadler), which Barry and Iris are attending, six masked gunmen storm the event, Barry saves a guard but faints in the process.

Try to guess who the real one is
Later at S.T.A.R labs the team discovers, using a modified treadmill, that Barry needs to eat massive amount of calories or he will continue to faint. West then shows up at the labs to try and convince Barry to stop endangering himself but an angered Barry refuses to listen to him. That night it is revealed that the gunman AKA Multiplex is Danton Black (Michael Christopher Smith) a scientist who worked for Stagg Industries and had his research stolen from him. He tries to kill Stagg again at a warehouse but is stopped by Barry but Barry is overwhelmed by Multiplex, who can create perfect copies of himself, and his beaten up. This disheartens Barry who thinks that it is best if he should quit now.

"Kick him while his down!"
Dr. Wells then visit's West and convinces him to stop putting so much doubt in to Barry's mind because that is why he loses, meanwhile Iris tells Barry that she wants to investigate the mysterious blur that is seen around Central City. Later Barry finds out that Caitlin has made a clone of Multiplex from his blood and figures out that all the clones require a lot of energy to maintain so the best way to fight Multiplex is to take out the Prime who controls them all. Dr. Wells believes Multiplex was working on this clone technology when stuck by the lightning, thus giving him his powers. West arrives to tell Barry that Stagg is being targeted again and gives Barry his support and admits that the police can't handle the Meta - Humans.

"Your the hero this city needs Barry"
Barry arrives at Stagg Industries in time and fights Multiplex and finds out that Multiplex wants revenge on Stagg for stealing his research just before he could have healed his dying wife. Despite being almost overwhelmed Barry manages to take out the Prime but his unable to save him when he commits suicide out of a window. Later Barry and West reconcile from their past disagreements and Cisco and Caitlin are both fully on board with Barry using his powers to help Central City. The episode ends with Dr. Wells killing Stagg when Stagg wanted to find Barry and study him for science.

What is Well's agenda?
Usually it is hard for second episodes to be better than a Pilot because Pilots always have a larger budget to draw in the audience so its a lot more "bigger" however I think this episode topped the Pilot. In my opinion this is largely to the way better villain Multiplex because unlike Weather Wizard his character was a lot more fleshed out. They gave us just enough backstory on Multiplex to make him a great and more meaningful character; like how he specialized in clone technology, was working on during the lightning strike so it defined his powers, that really worked. Also him trying to avenge his wife was a better and more tragic reason than Weather Wizard starting off as a bank robber and still just doing it for the sake of it. It is a real shame that he died after just this one episode because I wold have liked to have seen him in future ones.

Now that is really cool!
Continuing on from that the two encounters Barry and Multiplex had where awesome and really well done. I was unsure how someone who can just multiple himself can stand up against super speed but I really underestimated what overwhelming numbers can do against The Flash. The end fight between them was really cool as well, with Barry speeding through the copies in slow motion to get to the Prime. These to fights where a lot better than the ones with Weather Wizard and I hope that they continue it with other villains.

Bet they had a good laugh at that!
What I also enjoyed was them introducing Barry's metabolism weakness from the comics because I thought they would have found that out in episode one. Might have been resolves really quickly but it was funny seeing Barry run on that treadmill; I hope this comes up again in future episodes and I also hope that there is a villain who exploits it. Another thing that was a surprise to see was another use of Flashbacks in this about Barry's childhood, it makes me think that they are going to have them in each episode just like Arrow. I like them from Arrow but if they continue to do it I would like them to not just use Barry's childhood because how much can they really get when he was ten?

I don't like any of those topping
There was really anything I disliked about the episode because like I said it is better than the first but I guess the attitudes of West and Caitlin was annoying at the beginning. It wasn't that bad because they where just generally worried about Barry but they where both resolved at the end so quickly that I wonder was there any point spending three quarters of the episode mad at him in the first place? Also I feel like Barry's doubts of being a hero didn't need to be there either because wasn't that the whole reason he visited Oliver Queen in the first place, to erase the doubt he felt?

"Your lucky I'm faster than a bullet"
Overall this was a great episode and makes me look forward to what other villain Barry will face and it again raises about Dr. Wells. He obviously has his own plans in mind and even though he killed Stagg he doesn't come off as an evil guy so it could be his doing bad things for the sake of Barry.

SCORE: 9/10

Highlights: Multiplex
                   The two great confrontations
                   Including Barry's weakness

Let - Downs: Barry doubting himself again when I thought it was already resolved
West and Caitlin against Barry so much in this.

Marvel Civil War, My Thoughts

Those of you who have paid attention to some recent Marvel news must have heard that Marvel is planning to adapt the Civil War storyline from the comics in the third Captain America film. I thought I'd give my thoughts on how it could work and what I think could happen, this will contain some SPOILERS for the comic and the Marvel film franchise.

Quick overview for those who haven't read the comic and don't care about spoilers; the Civil War arc begins when the United States introduces the Superhuman Registration Act which requires anyone in the United States with super powers to register themselves with the government. Tony Stark is for the Act because it would mean that inexperienced superheroes would get mandatory training and control their abilities. Captain America however is against it because it is against their human rights; if all identities of superheroes are registered and revealed then the "normal" part of their lives would forever be in danger. Thus a Civil War breaks out in the Marvel universe with many superheroes for and against this new Act.

Now the Civil War arc in the Marvel comics has always been one of my most favourite storylines because of its overall dark nature and that the good guys find themselves on opposing sides of war. If the films does this right then it can be an even more epic film than the Avengers or The Winter Soldier. I thought if they would have ever adapted the Civil War arc it would have been a stand alone film like the Avengers but I guess it does suit for a Captain America film because of its theme of civil war in America and protecting human rights.

Firstly what I am looking forward to seeing in this is if Stark will be the main villain because in my opinion he really is in the comics. He may support the Act for some right reasons but he does turn on a lot of his former comrades and it is easy for him to agree to the Act because everyone in the word already knows who he is and that he is Iron Man. Also wouldn't it be great to see the first hero to start off the Marvel universe of films become a major villain? It would be interesting to see how he agrees to it in the films because those who have watched it knows that he is always fighting with the government but I think what will drive him is guilt. In the comics he is guilty that his alcoholism almost kills people when he was in his suit but they have already dealt with alcoholism in Iron Man 2 so that leaves Ultron.

Everyone now knows that the plot of Avengers 2 revolves around Stark creating the artificial intelligence called Ultron that becomes self aware and deems humans to be the biggest threat to the world. I don't know how the film will play out because it is not released yet but I think Stark may feel remorse and guilt over what he created and feels after that superheroes, like himself, needs to be kept in check. This is just a guess however and I could be completely wrong about it.

As for which sides the other Avengers will take I can see The Hulk siding with Iron Man because Bruce Banner and Stark are good friends in the films and I think Banner would like the idea of young superheroes controlling their powers. However the Black Widow and Hawkeye will probably join Captain America because of their past together in S.H.E.I.L.D. As for Thor I don't think he will be in this film because the Act would not really affect him in any way.

Now for non - Avengers I first hope that War Machine (James Rhodes) is in the film because he has always been one of my favourite superheroes (even if he is now Iron Patriot) and Don Cheadle has been really great has him. But if he is to chose a side I hope he joins Captain America because it would be cool to see two armour - powered superheroes on opposing sides. Flacon will also join Captain America because he sides with him in the comics.

Starks side is looking pretty thin and that is because his big supporters are missing from the films, The Fantastic Four, Reed Richards in particular. I hear that they are rebooting the Fantastic Four films but I don't know if it will be out in time for Cap 3, however even if it isn't I guess that can still include the them. Also it would be interesting to see The Winter Solider agree with Stark and clash once again with Captain America, maybe feeling guilt over the things he has done?

Something that really worries me however about this film though is that they won't be able to include the X - Men and Spiderman because they exist in a separate movie universe. They are both against the Act and become major participants during the war so it is a real damn SHAME that we won't see them. However it is not only them but also heroes like The Punisher, Blade, Ghost Rider etc. that are also not included because once again their films have been standalone ones not connected to any other Marvel films. So I do really hope they reboot them quick or introduce them once again in Cap 3.

There you go just a quick run down of my thoughts on the Civil War arc that is going to be used in Captain America 3, I hope that everyone is looking forward to it like I am.
