Gotham Season Two: What I Want To See

Now as usual here is a list of what I want to see for Gotham Season Two.

Nygma becomes the Riddler: I really want this to happen because I have said in a previous review that The Riddler is a type of villain the GCPD can try to take on and not wait for Batman. Not that I am saying The Riddler is an easy villain all I am saying is that the way he does his crimes, with clues, is something the GCPD (Gordon and Bullock) can investigate. I hope Nygma becomes The Riddler by the end of Season Two so he can be the main villain of Season Three.

Selina goes back to her old self: Hated what they did to her in the finale just because they wanted her to side with Fish so I hope she goes back to teaming up with Bruce and being a street thief.

GordonxLeslie continues: I do not want these two to break up, I don't even care if Gordon ends up with Barbara in the comics. I think IGN said once that maybe Gotham could change up some of the lore of Batman in live action to give us something we weren't expecting. This could be one of them because I really don't think Barbara is ever going to redeem herself in anyone's eyes.

Lucius Fox helps Bruce: What I mean by this is that since Bruce is still going to investigate Wayne enterprises maybe Lucius can make him some tech to help him.

The Penguin gains more power: The finale set it up so that it seems like the Penguin is now unopposed in Gotham. I want to see him gain more power, wealth, people and status, maybe he can even build his famous Iceberg Lounge.

More villains: An obvious one because as I said before the backstories for the villains is a big highlight in Gotham. Here are the villains I want to see the most:

Anarky: A simple villain who wants to subvert the government with numerous acts of destruction, this is defiantly one that can fit in Gotham.

Clayface: If Gotham wants to remain a bit grounded for now then they don't have to use transforming Clayface, they can adapt the first one who is an actor who killed various people.

Firefly: If they did adapt Firefly I hope they do a better job than the one in Arrow and give him tech.

Harley Quinn: Everyone wants to see Harley and I think she can be either an intern at the Asylum or a student at Gotham university.

The Court of Owls: An awesome villain group from the New 52 that secretly controls Gotham, now this can be something Gordon can investigate.

Hugo Strange: Already been confirmed.

The Mad Hatter: It would be cool to see a villain who uses mind control technology.

Mr Freeze: Already been confirmed.

Ratcatcher: Could be an actual rat catcher who became insane like in the comics, would make for a great one shot villain I think.

The Ventriloquist: Another villain who would make a great one shot; a crazy serial killer who listens to a puppet.

Vigilantes in Gotham: Batman doesn't have to be the first, we can have ones who started before him and here are two in particular:

Lock - Up: A former security guard who became a killing vigilante is something I want to see in Gotham.

Knightfall: Like Lock - Up this is a vigilante who kills criminals.

More backstory on Bullock: The Flashback in the Goat episode showed that he really used to be like Gordon so I want more Flashbacks on his fall from grace.

Replacements for Maroni and Falcone: Hated the way these two characters exited the show in the finale but I hope we get more mob bosses to replace them maybe even their relatives.

Talia Al Ghul: We haven't had Talia yet in live action and the reason she wasn't in Arrow is because she is one of Batman's love interests, Nyssa wasn't as iconic in the comics so they could do more with her character in Arrow. Maybe we could have a younger Talia meeting Bruce; we don't have to have the League appear but maybe they could own a large company in Gotham as a front and that's how Bruce and Talia meet? Just a thought buy hey it could make for a could storyline.

Viper/Venom returns: Would really be great to see a villain (maybe Bane) use the serums to make super soldiers.

See the GCPD being less corrupt: Maybe not be completely innocent yet but some of the officers can really start listening to Gordon now and joining his side.

Origins of the other Robins: We saw the parent of Dick Grayson, maybe we can see the parents of Jason Todd and Tim Drake.

The Flash Season Two: What I Want To See

Now here is a list of what I would like to see in Season Two. SPOILERS!!

More Hero Speedsters: They already said that they will have more Speedsters but thought I'd just mention it. The Speedsters who I want to see the most fighting along side Barry are; Wally West, Impulse, Jay Garrick and Max Mercury.

More Villain Speedsters: Just like with the heroes there are Speedsters who are evil and those I want to see are Hunter Zolomon/Reverse Flash, Cobalt Blue, Inertia and Savitar. I would say Black Flash but I think it is a bit too early for him, maybe season three or four.

The Return of Eobard Thawne: More than any other of the Reverse Flashes Eobard will always be Barry's main nemesis so he has just got to come back in some form or another.

The Multiverse: I would really like to see alternate universes where characters from the Flash and Arrow are completely different, like in the Flashpoint comic. 

A Jay Garrick Plot: I don't mind if they bring in Jay either with time travel or the multiverse, I want him and Barry to meet up because I think Jay could be a great mentor to Barry. Plus maybe they can fight Rival together who is like Jay Garrick's Reverse Flash.

More Villains: The biggest highlight of The Flash is it's awesome villains and those I want to see the most are; Abra Kadabra, Doctor Alchemy, Magenta, Mirror Master, Rag Doll and Top.

Return of old Villains: Don't forget any of the ones from this season because I defiantly want to see more Piped Piper, Weather Wizard and The Tricksters.

More Gorilla Grodd: They nailed it with "Grodd Lives" so don't stop now!

The Rogues Gallery: I want to see Captain Cold recruit more and more members to the Rogues; a mix of both normal humans with tech and Meta Humans.

Cisco becomes Vibe and Caitlin becomes Killer Frost: The finale has already teased that these two will eventually be Vibe and Killer Frost so I am looking forward to it. It would be cool to see Cisco fight some enemies and maybe becoming a villain will give Caitlin something to do.

General Eiling's Meta Humans: I think I mentioned in one of my reviews that I think it would be cool if Eiling has his own team of Meta Humans; those who agree to work for the army unlike Plastquie.

There you go what I want to see in Season Two though this is just a quick list and I am sure there is plenty more I can think of.

Arrow Season Four: What I Want To See

As the title says this list of what I want to see for Season Four of the Arrow based on what loose ends there still is at the end of Season Three and my own opinion.

Arrow becomes Green Arrow: I think a lot of people finally want Oliver to take the full name of Green Arrow for the new season because he is obviously going to return to crime fighting. Plus you could say Arrow was technically killed off when Roy faked his death so they can't go back to that name.

New Arrowcave and gear: I don't want them to keep using Palmer Technologies as a lair, I want them back underground because its cooler that way. Also I want Oliver to have way more tech to work with just like Team Flash does.

More Meta Humans: Having Deathbolt in a episode of Arrow was so freaking cool and I want Oliver to be able to take on one this time. I also want this because Arrow has to realize that with the introduction of the Flash, Meta Humans and magical elements like the Lazarus Pit it can't keep remaining too grounded.

A better Thea: She did impress me in the finale of Season Three now let's see her keep it up and be the Speedy we deserve and have a more original costume.

Return of old villains:  I want Arrow to keep using it's villains because they have some great ones like Deathstroke, Captain Boomerang, Komodo, Clock King, Count Vertigo, Brick and Murmur. I know Deathstroke is going to return because it's Manu Bennett but I don't want the rest to be never seen from again now that Season Three is over like they did with Bronze Tiger. A great Season Two villain but is killed off in the comics and since he is absent this whole season I guess it is considered canon which is a damn shame (should have been China White killed off in the comics).

HIVE and Damien Darke: I know these have already been confirmed as the main villains but I want them to have a presence throughout Season Four just like Slade was in Season Two. The League waited until the latter half of Season Three to be the main threat which meant that half felt bogged down with them; they should have spread themselves out.

More Black Canary: Laurel has become such a great character now that I want to see her kick some more ass and have a nemesis she can fight over several episodes. Like with Thea if Oliver doesn't appear straight away in Season Four then that can be time to focus on her more; the three episode Brick arc in Season Three has already proved that if Oliver is absent for a while the secondary characters are still really entertaining.

More Diggle: I want Diggle to take more of a leadership role since Oliver might be away for a while and just give him a costume already!

No more interference from Quentin: I hope he actually sides with Team Arrow again so I can like his character again but if not I would prefer if he just backs off. Plus I just want the whole Lance family addiction habits to just be finally over because I am sick of it!

More heroes: With ATOM moving on to a new show they need to introduce some more heroes because it is always great to introduce one or two more each season. Some I would like to see and would fit in well in live action are; Doctor Mid - Nite, Lady Shiva, Onyx and Nightwing.

More villains: Like with above I want more comic villains to appear, here is a list of some I would like and would fit well in live action in my opinion; Anarky, Barricade, Blood Rose, Calendar Man, Cheshire, Constantine Drakon, Discord, Grifter, Jin Fang, Onomatopoeia and Savant.

These are just a few things I want to see, there are probably lots more I can think of but this is just a quick list.

Gotham Season One: Rogues Gallery/What the Little Bird Told Him

"You can assign me to this nuthouse but you can't break my spirit!"

Rogues Gallery: Gordon's reassignment to Arkham Asylum gets off to a bad start when an imate is murdered so he decides to investigate it. Meanwhile Selina and Ivy seek refuge in Gordon's apartment and Cobblepot, Now officially The Penguin, tries to gains more power.

What the Little Bird Told Him: Gordon tries to get his old job back by attempting the recapture Jack Gruber AKA The Electrocutioner (Christopher Heyerdahl) meanwhile Fish makes for move against Falcone but it may not be as easy as she thought it would be.

Finally Gotham is back and it felt like it took ages! Thought I'd review these two episodes together since they where aired together as a feature length episode in the UK and they are a two parter anyway. However I am quite busy this week so I will only be able to quickly do this review in bullet points listing the good and bad moments.

Good

Arkham Asylum: In the comics the Asylum is like a character itself and they did a really good job of  adapting it in live action. I liked the whole hopeless atmosphere they gave it and the run down and gritty look from the undermanned staff to the fact it still looks barely built. Gordon was also great as a guard there and that he never gave up and I liked the character Dr Leslie (Morena Baccarin) who I think will be a way better love interest than Barbara who they have completely ruined.

The Electrocutioner: I don't know too much about this villain besides from the Arkham Origins games but I liked him in this because it was a really creepy portrayal and it was an interesting take that there are two of them in this episode. Glad he is still alive for another day and I liked the electricity effects and it was something different for Gordon and Bullock to face.

Some good humour: Penguin and Engma continue to provide some nice comedic moments, I like that they can do that but are not classed as just comic relief characters. We also got it from Selina and Ivy when they where breaking into Gordon's apartment and I really like those two young actresses so it was great they had some scenes in these two episodes.

Strong Butch subplot: It surprised me that Fish's right hand man had a decent story and dilemma to deal with, I knew he wasn't just a background character but I didn't know he would get a really good subplot.

Strong Falcone subplot: Another great subplot was with the Don himself and it was interesting seeing him struggling with the idea on whether or not his time in Gotham has really passed, but thanks to Zsaz and Penguin he got over that. It was quite brutal how he strangled Liza to death and I loved the look of Fish's face when she realized she lost.

Hope they bring him back in future episodes

Bad

Fish: I am always going to hate Fish and nothing is going to change that, if a lot of screen time is given to her in the episode than that just automatically puts her in my let downs and drag the score down. This two parter, especially the second episode, made me realize just how stupid her plan actually was with Liza and she never would have been a good Don anyway. I mean Falcone was right; papers don't make a Don and she really thought she would have been that simple? Unfortunately I doubt she will be killed off anytime soon so will are going to suffer her a little bit longer. Just want to mention that the actress of Fish has reported saying that she won't return for Season Two. First off I'm glad the show is renewed for season two but even more glad Fish isn't returning because she was just an awful character who was the one of the two bad things in a great show. I really hope she gets killed off (she should in the finale) but even if she doesn't at least we get a season free of this annoying cow.

Barbara: The second half of the two things that is bad with the show; a completely weak and worthless character who they have ruined. I hate every scene she is in and even though it looks like it's over I have hated this forced lesbian past/relationship they gave her since the beginning (and now they had to introduce drinking and drugs to it). What bothers me the most however is that she seems to take the morale damn high ground against Gordon all the time, like she hasn't done anything wrong and that it's all his fault.

The capture of The Electrocutioner: The character was really cool, as well as his methods and breaking into the GCPD but really, he was stopped by a cup of water that was barely half full?

Overall this was a great two parter which sees Gordon now back on the force and ends that stupid Liza plan that wasn't going anywhere.

Bleach Review: What The Hell

What the hell indeed.

The chapter begins with Nimaiya saying that the Zero Squad has very little information on Yhwach aside from the battle he had against Yamamoto 1000 years ago and when Royd Lloyd copied him. Nevertheless he prepares to attack but then Yhwach emits light from his hands which shines out of the tree cage.

Every act Giselle does has a sexual undertone

Back on the ground Giselle he feeding on the blood from the undead Bambietta but goes too far and accidently kills her. Liltotto then emerges from behind a rock and says that Pepe is dead while she managed to knock out Meninas. Just then the Sternritter N Robert Accutrone appears and says that all the Sternritter who where left behind on the ground are all going to die. Liltotto doesn't understand but Robert insists that they wouldn't because they are new and that the Sternritter where created for Yhwach's use and to do with as he pleases.

Finally we get your name and letter

At that moment light engulfs Robert and strips away his flesh and Liltotto just manages to push Giselle out of the way in time. The Auswählen light then surrounds multiple other Sternritter such as NaNaNa and Bazz - B who wonder what is happening to them. Back in the Royal Realm Yhwach uses the gathered power to revive his fallen elite Sternritter and commands them to do battle.

Told you that the elites would be back.

This chapter was an improve over last weeks chapter because as I have mentioned above the elite Sternritter are not down for the count yet and back in the fight. I am really glad for this because it would have been a real waste if they where and I am sure we can look forward to some great fighting because I doubt they would make the same mistake again.



Yep we are all screwed

We also finally get the name of Sternritter N and the conformation that Pepe is dead and that several other of the Sternritter are still alive however it is likely that they have lost their power. That is what the Auswählen does so I wonder what will happen to the Sternritter on the ground now; will they eventually get their powers back? Will they turn on Yhwach? Or will they get captured by the Soul Reapers and interrogated? I kind of think they will turn on Yhwach because Liltotto really didn't seem happy after losing her powers and Bazz - B was annoyed with him the time he chose Uryu has his successor.

"Looks like its just us two now Giselle....don't do anything weird"

I am glad the elites are back and as I said earlier I think Nimaiya isn't going to finish them off so easily again and that we will even have some one on one fights now. I also think that the elites are going to win their fights because I just can't see Yhwach not capturing the Royal Realm. I hope Askin continues his fight against Nimaiya because that was a good match up but this time Askin just has to win.

So much for Sternritter N

Overall this was a better chapter than last week and was pretty morbid for the Sternritter on the ground, great that we got to see them again and see Giselle as crazy as usual.

Predictions: Now that Yhwach has lost most of his Sternritter I wonder if we will see him make more by giving out new letters to other Quincy. It would be great seeing some more uses of other letters, not to mention some more Quincy characters.

If not than I hope that Aizen returns soon and he starts coming up with his own plan to take out Yhwach and the Soul Reapers. I also want the Arrancar to return as well however it is implied that they will be allies now to the Soul Reapers but since there isn't any Sternritters left for them to fight that is why I am hoping more will be created.
